Georgette is a lightweight, crinkled, and sheer fabric, displaying an overall bouncy look. A strong absorbent, Georgette is easy to dye and has a dull-rough texture. Georgette is made from twisting yarns of silk.

Weave - Phekua Jaal in Gold zari & hand brush painted
Extra loose floated thread on the backside which is not woven in designing is removed from that pattern. These designs provide a transparent look. Jasmine and marigold floral designs are used in cutwork. Threads are cut manually.
