Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before getting started
Yes — this kora silk saree is handwoven in Varanasi in the Ektara weave, with kadwa meenakari motifs individually woven into the fabric by hand.
Kora silk is a crisp, lightweight silk with a natural sheen and a slightly sheer finish, known for carrying zari well while remaining easy to wear.
Ektara is a fine single-thread Banarasi weave, giving the fabric a crisp, clean finish that shows off zari and meenakari motifs sharply.
Meenakari refers to the coloured detailing woven within the motifs — here, the white, rani, blue, orange and green threadwork of the floral jaal.
An all-over floral meena jaal of flowering vines across the body, with a large scalloped kangura border in gold zari.
Festive gatherings, day functions and celebrations. Pairs well with contrasting jewellery to set off the colour.
Dry clean only. Store wrapped in muslin cloth away from direct light and moisture.
