Fabric:Pure Georgette
Georgette is a lightweight, sheer fabric made from twisted silk yarns, giving it a bouncy and crinkled texture. It absorbs moisture easily and is easy to dye, making it available in a wide range of colors and patterns. Georgette's rough texture gives it a dull finish and makes it less prone to slipping, making it a popular fabric for flowing dresses and blouses. Its versatility makes it suitable for both casual and formal wear.
Weave- Phekua with gold and silver zari.
Extra loose floated thread on the back side which is not woven in designing is removed from that pattern. These designs provide a transparent look. This is the less expensive version of kadhua. Jasmine, marigold floral designs are used in cutwork. Threads are cut manually. Beautiful patterns resemble Kadhua designs.
