It is kora cotton handwoven in Varanasi. Kora is light and crisp with an open weave that holds its shape well.
Kadwa means each motif is woven in separately on its own small shuttle. Nothing runs between the bootis on the reverse which matters on a sheer ground like this.
The body is a pale lemon yellow with white bootis. The pallu is a soft sage green with a gold zari jaal and the selvedge is a thin red line.
It suits a daytime function or a summer wedding. Kora cotton stays comfortable in warm weather.
A sage green blouse lifts the pallu. White or ivory keeps the look quieter and lets the bootis lead.
Keep it folded in soft muslin away from damp and direct sunlight and refold it every few months so the folds do not set.
