Khinkhwab brengt je een printcollectie geïnspireerd op Turkse motieven.

Traditionele Turkse motieven zijn unieke motieven in de geschiedenis van het Ottomaanse Rijk. Ze werden gebruikt op stoffen, keramiek, carpets, miniaturen, decoratieve kunst, schilderijen, en meer. De motieven, die zijn voortdurend ontwikkeld vanaf de dertiende eeuw, kwamen het meest voor in de zestiende eeuw. Ze speelden een belangrijke rol in de wereld van decoratieve ontwerpen met hun gedetailleerde, mooie en unieke motieven; weerspiegelde de smaak en inspanningen van Ottomaanse kunstenaars genaamd

Nakkaş (Muralist). Ze tekenden deze motieven in het hof atelier, en ze weerspiegelden hun spirituele gevoelens in de motieven.

Het Hatayi motief, afkomstig uit het Verre Oosten, is te vinden op verstrengelde ranken, dus metimes alleen, dusmetimes gecombineerd met Rumi en Plant motieven, een praktijk die de artistieke invloed van Timurid art

THE WEAVING TECHNIQUE

Digital textile printing is described as any ink jet based method of printing colorants onto fabric. The inks used in digital printing are formulated specifically for each type of fiber (cotton, silk, polyester, nylon, etc). During the printing process, the fabric is fed through the printer using rollers and ink is applied to the surface in the form of thousands of tiny droplets. The fabric is then finished using heat and/or steam to cure the ink (some inks also require washing and drying).
