A gold beige kora silk saree handwoven in Varanasi in the Ektara weave, the body covered in an all-over floral jaal — an ogee lattice of vines and blooms in gold zari, with small multicolour meena touches lighting the flower centres in rani, orange, lilac and green. The pallu opens into a broad gold-zari jaal panel with fine pink stripe lines, finished with a zigzag border.

Kora silk has a crisp, sheer hand and a soft natural sheen that carries zari beautifully, while the Ektara weave lends a fine single-thread definition. The result is a luminous, festive saree — light to wear, rich to look at.
