From the Bulbul collection, a dupatta woven like a garden in full song. On a deep mulberry purple katan silk ground, bulbuls, cranes and flying birds move through flowering trees and fan palms, handwoven in zari in gold and silver tones so the scene shifts as the light catches it.

The jaal runs dense across the body, birds perched, mid-flight and calling from branches, framed by broad zari borders with a fine jangla texture. The pallu carries the same golden weight, closing the composition.

This is a dupatta that does the work of a whole outfit. Drape it over plain silk or cotton in ivory, black or deep purple and let the birds carry the evening.
