Pure Katan Silk - Katan is a thread, prepared by twisting a different number of silk filaments according to requirement gives a firm structure to the background fabric. Katan is a plain woven fabric with pure silk threads. It consists of two threads twisted together and is mostly used for the warp of light fabrics.
Tussar Silk - Desi Tussar silk sarees are also known by the Sanskrit name, Kosa silk sarees. They are made from silk that is produced from silkworms that breed on wild forest trees, not mulberry trees. The porous fabric makes Tussar a comfortable choice even in our warm Indian summers. Tassar Silk drapes like a georgette but not as sheer as georgette.
Color - Pink Green
Weave -This is a patli saree, which a half and half weave of tussar silk and katan silk. Katan silk is the pallu part with contrast border and Tassar silk comes at the pleats/skirt of the saree, which also has beautiful woven bootas. Dull gold zari color.
Blouse- Contrast with Zari stripes & border.
