Bandhani: The art of Bandhani is a highly skilled process. The technique involves dyeing a fabric that is tied tightly with a thread at several points, thus producing a variety of patterns, depending on how the cloth is fastened. Bandhani mainly uses natural colors, and as this is a tie and dye process, dying is done by hand; hence best colors and combinations are possible in Bandhani.
