Georgette is a lightweight, sheer, and slightly crinkled fabric known for its bouncy texture. It is made from twisted yarns of silk or synthetic fibers. Georgette has a dull and rough texture, drapes beautifully, and is easy to dye.

The backside of the fabric is meticulously handled to eliminate any loose threads that are not woven into the design, creating a transparent appearance.
