Shipping policy

Shipping Charges:

  • Domestic: ₹250 on orders below  ₹25,000
  • International: ₹4,000 on orders below  ₹50,000

Free Shipping:

  • Domestic: On orders above ₹25,000.
  • International: On orders above ₹50,000.

 

We offer both Prepaid & COD in India.

For COD orders, we require you to make a token payment, depending on the order value.

Please Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on products purchased during sale or promotional periods.

Products will reach you within 5-7 working days within India after your order is confirmed and payment is made.

International deliveries will take 7-10 working days. 

For pre-ordered products, the delivery time may vary between 10-60 days, depending on the product's availability and your delivery location.

As all our products are handwoven with care, they require time to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.

All discounted and offer orders will take 7-10 working days to ship from our warehouse.

Note

Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, flight operations have been impacted, which may cause delays in pickup and delivery schedules. Currently, DHL and FedEx are temporarily unable to accept export shipments until further notice. Import shipments remain bookable, subject to prevailing rates.

Ready to Dispatch – Shipping Policy

For our Ready to Dispatch Banarasi Collection, we ensure your order is shipped within 24 hours of confirmation, with the following terms:

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Post Cut-off Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customization & Stitching: Orders requiring product customization, blouse stitching, fall and pico finishing, or any additional alterations will take additional time for processing and will not qualify for 24-hour dispatch.
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: Dispatch timelines may vary slightly on weekends, national holidays, and public holidays. In such cases, your order will be shipped on the next working day.
  • Exceptions: While we strive to maintain this 24-hour dispatch promise, unforeseen delays due to courier constraints or external factors may occasionally occur. Customers will be notified promptly in such situations.

 

Shipping for Products Available in Singapore (Singapore Studio)

Shipping within Singapore:

  • Local deliveries within Singapore can be arranged for same-day delivery, subject to availability and order timing.

Shipping to India:

  • Orders shipped to India may take 20 to 25 days for delivery.
  • For expedited shipping, please contact us directly to arrange faster delivery options.

Shipping to Other Countries (US, UK, Australia, etc.):

  • International orders may take 7 to 8 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping timelines may vary slightly based on customs and local courier operations.

 

Price Variance on Pre-Order & Precious Metal Based Products

For pre-order items and select Khinkhwab creations that incorporate gold and/or silver zari, pricing is subject to change based on prevailing market rates of precious metals.

As these pieces involve extended weaving and production timelines, any significant fluctuation in gold or silver prices during the order period may result in a price adjustment. Customers will be informed in advance of any such changes before final processing.

 

Customs and Import Duties on International Orders

All international orders from Khinkhwab may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.

  • These additional charges are determined by the customs authorities of your country and must be borne by the customer.

  • Khinkhwab has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their exact value, as customs policies and duties vary from country to country.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office or official government website for detailed information before placing your order.

  • By purchasing from Khinkhwab, you acknowledge and agree that you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of your country.
