A rose pink katan silk saree handwoven in Varanasi in the Ektara weave, the soft pink body scattered with fine floral butis and lifted by large floral medallions worked in red, rani and orange meenakari with sona-rupa gold and silver zari. A floral-creeper meena border in the same warm tones runs the length of the saree, framing the pallu.

The Ektara weave gives the saree a fine, single-thread crispness, while the cutwork motifs are finished by hand so each bloom sits clean and defined against the ground. A pretty, festive piece — gentle in colour, rich in detail.

Suited to festive gatherings, day functions and celebrations — pairs well with emerald, jade or green stone jewellery.
